Canadian country artist Sacha releases “Wild Hearts,” a cinematic new single accompanied by a three-song collection exploring freedom, resilience and self-discovery.

Canadian country artist unveils a three-song collection shaped by freedom, resilience and the courage to follow the road ahead.

There is something compelling about an artist who understands that finding your own direction sometimes means being willing to leave the familiar behind. For country artist Sacha, that spirit sits at the heart of “Wild Hearts,” her sweeping new single, released alongside a cinematic music video filmed against the vast desert landscapes of Nevada.

Anchoring a new three-song collection, “Wild Hearts” finds Sacha embracing the possibilities that lie beyond the horizon, pairing her commanding vocal delivery with an expansive, contemporary country sound. Written by Sacha, Georgia Ku and Eric Arjes, who also produced the track, the single captures an artist increasingly comfortable exploring the space between heartfelt storytelling and the bigger, more adventurous sounds of modern country.

“‘Wild Hearts’ is about embracing the unknown and trusting the journey, even when you don’t know exactly where the road will lead,” Sacha explains. “It’s a reminder to stay open to adventure and keep moving towards what makes you feel most alive.”

It is a sentiment that feels particularly fitting for an artist whose career continues to gather momentum. The Nevada setting of the accompanying video provides a striking visual counterpart to the song’s themes, offering a sense of openness and possibility that complements its musical ambition.

The release arrives following another notable moment in Sacha’s growing career: her appearance at the 2026 Canadian Country Music Association Awards, where she paid tribute to country music legend Dolly Parton with performances of “Coat of Many Colors” and “9 to 5.” Honouring an artist whose influence extends well beyond country music, the performances offered a reminder of the enduring power of songs that combine strong storytelling with a distinctive sense of personality.

For Sacha, that balance between individuality and tradition is becoming an increasingly important part of her own artistic identity.

While “Wild Hearts” provides the collection’s expansive centrepiece, the accompanying three-song release offers a broader glimpse into Sacha’s songwriting and the different emotional registers she can inhabit.

“I Hope He’s You” brings a more tender perspective to the collection. Written by Sacha, Brad Rempel and GIO, and produced by Paul Sikes, the song sits alongside the title track as a reminder that vulnerability remains an essential part of country music’s storytelling tradition.

“Make Me,” meanwhile, offers a more empowering counterpoint. Co-written by Sacha, Sydney Cubit, Gant Vogel, Marla Morris and Matt Hall, and produced by Eric Arjes, it adds another dimension to a release that moves between emotional openness and personal strength.

Together, the three songs suggest an artist interested in more than a single defining sound. There is room here for reflection as well as confidence, for the uncertainties of the heart alongside the determination to move forward. That variety is an important part of Sacha’s developing creative voice, allowing her to explore different experiences without losing sight of the storytelling that anchors her music.

Sacha’s progress has been marked by a series of significant milestones. Following the release of her debut EP, The Best Thing, she continued to build her audience with her debut album, Woman In The Mirror, a collection that highlights her growth as both a songwriter and storyteller.

Among the album’s standout successes is “Hey Mom I Made It,” a deeply personal song that has accumulated more than 11 million combined streams worldwide. Its reception speaks to the connection that can develop when an artist draws on personal experience and gives listeners the space to find their own stories within it.

Recognition has followed. Sacha was named iHeartRadio’s “Future Star,” selected for CMT’s prestigious Next Women of Country class and included in Holler Country’s “10 Country Artists You Need to Know in 2025.” Her Grand Ole Opry debut in 2025 marked another important step, placing her on one of country music’s most storied stages.

Her live appearances have also taken her to major events and festivals, including CMA Fest in Nashville, Boots and Hearts, LASSO and the Cavendish Beach Music Festival. An appearance at a Vogue magazine party further illustrates the widening reach of her work beyond the traditional boundaries of the country music audience.

These achievements provide useful context for the arrival of “Wild Hearts.” Rather than simply marking another release, the single arrives at a point when Sacha is building on the foundations already established, bringing together a recognisable commitment to storytelling with a sound that continues to evolve.

Country music has always made room for artists who can communicate something personal while reaching for something universal. Its strongest songs often begin with an individual experience but leave enough room for listeners to recognise their own hopes, doubts and ambitions. Sacha’s latest collection draws on that tradition while looking towards the possibilities of a contemporary country landscape.

“Wild Hearts” is an invitation to embrace the uncertainty that comes with moving forward. Supported by two contrasting songs that reveal further sides of her writing, it offers a snapshot of an artist continuing to discover what she can do.

For Sacha, the road ahead remains open. And if this latest release is any indication, she intends to explore it on her own terms.
