Folk Alliance Australia is the peak national body representing folk cultural activity and the folk industry of Australia. They are a membership organization that provides an information resource and networking, showcase and professional development opportunities for the Australian folk community.
The folk music sector makes up a large and vibrant part of the Australian music scene lending tradition, identity, regional identity, storytelling and interpretation embedded in the communities that make up Australia.
