Inspired by the mountains and prairies of Montana from the winding passes to lonely dusty roads, Little Jane’s new album, The Long Road Ahead, is a love letter to Montana. The thoughtful songs tell stories about life at a crossroads, sadness, hope and renewal; inviting the listener into haunting lyrics

Songs ‘Call a Rat a Rat’ and ‘Lost to the Trade’ pay homage to blue collar life and union workers.

Montana born lead singer, Ashly Jane’s dynamic voice has a vintage country feel like Loretta Lynn, but she can sing anything. Her breadth of ballads to barn dance top tapping tunes has delighted audiences across The Big Sky and beyond.

Little Jane hosted their own PBS special with Eric Funk on 11th and Grant, which became a fast hit. In addition to headlining Montana festivals like Sweet Pea, Harvest Festival and more, Little Jane has shared the stage with Grammy-winners Zac Brown Band and John Mayer to LeeAnn Rimes. Recently, Little Jane’s music was featured on the hit ABC television show Big Sky.

No doubt the sky's the limit for the talented Little Jane and The Pistol Whips.

Born out of the Owl Lounge in Livingston, Montana, this country/Americana band was formed in 2008. To date, Little Jane & the Pistol Whip’s music includes three albums of original music written by Ashly J Holland. These songs are sure to touch your heart and get your toes tapping.
