Sydney Alt-Country Duo, Sons Of Atticus, Set To Release Debut EP

Amongst the chaos of a rowdy bar in their hometown of Cronulla, Matt and Dylan crossed paths for the first time and hit it off with a few too many beers, tacos and their love for country music. Fast forward a couple of years and with plenty of songs ready for release under their belt, the duo are Tasman Guitar ambassadors, signed to Heartsville Records, have matching Elvis Presley tattoos and are about to release their debut EP, Jack’s Motel.

Sons Of Atticus will transport you into a darkened bar and put a whiskey in your hand as their alt country style hits your ears and soul. They’ll charm the boots off you and have you stomping, clapping and hollering along to their catchy tunes. Jack’s Motel is set for release November 2021.

The duo’s short and sharp existence has already seen them support the likes of CW Stoneking for three consecutive nights as well as Andrew Farris. Some of their last performances have included shows at Sydney’s Factory Theatre and the Cronulla Jazz and Blues Festival. This January, the boys will make their way to Tamworth to perform across venues during the Tamworth Country Music Festival.
