At only 17 years old, Briana Dinsdale is an emerging country music singer-songwriter based in Brisbane, Australia. She has been singing since she was 8 and writing since she was 10. She tells stories about her personal life experiences through unique lyrics combined with a melody which appeals to a wide range of listeners. Briana has been able to play at multiple country music festivals around Queensland and New South Wales such as the Gympie Music Muster, Brisbane's Ekka, and the Tamworth Country Music Festival. She was privileged to have been crowned the 2019 CCMA National Junior Songwriter of the Year at the Tamworth Country Music Festival.
Being able to work with artists such as Casey Barnes, Bill Chambers and Allan Caswell, she has learnt many different songwriting lessons and has applied them to her writing. Taking inspiration from artists such as Taylor Swift and Kasey Chambers, she has found her own sound and songwriting style. She has a blend of soft and easy listening tones for audiences of all music genres and styles.
In May of 2020, Briana received an RADF grant from the Logan City Council to help fund her debut album. Her debut album ‘beginnings’ will be released on January 20th and consists of 12 personal and meaningful songs and was produced by Wheatley Street Productions.
